The Reverend Drake Douglas

Vicar & Chaplain

Drake was ordained a priest in July 2024 after completing his theological education at Berkeley Divinity School at Yale.

Prior to answering his call to the priesthood, Drake enjoyed nearly a decade of working as a college administrator and student development professional. In fact, his most recent role was right here at the  University of Rhode Island where he managed freshman housing, student crisis intervention, and community standards.

Passionate about teaching, preaching, and spirit-filled worship, Drake is a thoughtful and energetic leader of our St. A’s community.
